Data Analyst - dashboard development (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Birch Energy and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 634 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
