Data Analyst - dashboard development (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Maple Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Honolulu. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
