Data Analyst - dashboard development (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Meadow Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Honolulu, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
