Data Analyst - dashboard development (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Corner Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
