Data Analyst - dashboard development (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Juniper Inspection Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Investigate trends in scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
