Data Analyst - dashboard development (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Hollow Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis.
