Data Analyst - dashboard development (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Vista Community Partners Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on food distribution. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
