Data Analyst - dashboard development (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Pike Staffing places workers with employers around Grand Rapids, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
