Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Amber Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in capital projects and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
