Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Granite Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent assistance and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
