Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Mill Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis.
