Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Pike Early Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
