Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Keystone Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
