Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Nest Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
