Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Fort Worth with a full calendar of events, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
