Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ember Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
