Data Analyst - dashboard development (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Cedar Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
