Data Analyst - dashboard development (El Paso, TX)

Nova Cobalt Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in El Paso producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Investigate trends in quality documentation and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical studies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
