Data Analyst - dashboard development (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Haven Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around El Paso, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
