Data Analyst - dashboard development (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Beacon Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around El Paso. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
