Data Analyst - dashboard development (El Paso, TX)

Summit Vale Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
