Data Analyst - dashboard development (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Pine Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
