Data Analyst - dashboard development (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Field Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on food distribution. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
