Data Analyst - dashboard development (Detroit, MI)

Summit Pine Financial serves customers across Detroit with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
