Data Analyst - dashboard development (Detroit, MI)

Lumen Ridge Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Detroit, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lots. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
