Data Analyst - dashboard development (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Junction Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
