Data Analyst - dashboard development (Des Moines, IA)

Westbrook Pike Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Des Moines. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
