Data Analyst - dashboard development (Des Moines, IA)

Greenridge Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Des Moines. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
