Data Analyst - dashboard development (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Birch Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Denver, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
