Data Analyst - dashboard development (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Beacon Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Denver area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
