Data Analyst - dashboard development (Denver, CO)

Bright Mill Arts Center is an arts centre in Denver with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on ticketing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
