Data Analyst - dashboard development (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Union Foods is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 737 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
