Data Analyst - dashboard development (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Granite Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis.
