Data Analyst - dashboard development (Dallas, TX)

Nova Stone Environmental Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
