Data Analyst - dashboard development (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Timber Property Management Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
