Data Analyst - dashboard development (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Glen Facilities Group looks after properties across the Dallas region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
