Data Analyst - dashboard development (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Maple Manufacturing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 895 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on scrap and rework. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
