Data Analyst - dashboard development (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Drift Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
