Data Analyst - dashboard development (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Yarrow Facilities Group looks after properties across the Dallas region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
