Data Analyst - dashboard development (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Bridge Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on grower contracts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
