Data Analyst - dashboard development (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Columbus producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical studies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
