Data Analyst - dashboard development (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Corner Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Columbus, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent assistance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
