Data Analyst - dashboard development (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Fern Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Columbus, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
