Data Analyst - dashboard development (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Linden Inspection Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 630 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in field inspections and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
