Data Analyst - dashboard development (Colorado Springs, CO)

Fernwood Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
