Data Analyst - dashboard development (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Colorado Springs with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
