Data Analyst - dashboard development (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Keystone Health Group is a healthcare provider in Colorado Springs with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
