Data Analyst - dashboard development (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Birch Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on seasonal crews. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
