Data Analyst - dashboard development (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Forge Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in meter readings and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
