Data Analyst - dashboard development (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Meridian Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Cincinnati, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
